Awesome drink to have first on an empty stomach. Method Take water in a pan bring it to a boil then add jeera Kalonji ajwain and cinnamon and simmer for one minute then let it cool add honey and lemon and drink on empty stomach.

Do not add honey or lemon when hot it will loose it's effect.
