Steps

Grate the palak and then boil it in 1/2 glass water on medium flame for 10 minutes.

Remove water from boiled palak and grind it.

Add besan and curd in it and grind it again.

Add 1/2 glass removed water and put this mixture on gas.

Take oil in separate frying pan and add cumin, sabut coriander, grated green chilli and fry it.

Add grated onion and tomato in it and fry for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Add fried mixture in boiled palak and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then add green Coriander in it.

Your dish is ready to serve.
