Soak the rice and soya been in two pans for 10 minutes. Take another pan and heat the oil. Put the jeera in the pan and brown it. Now put the chopped onion and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Now put the Salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder. Put the rice into the pan and stir well. Put the green peas and soaked soya been and stir well. Now put 2 bowl water and cook until the water dry.

Serve the hot veg pulao.
