Ingredients

  • 1 kgFlour
  • 200 gSugar
  • 250 gMargarine
  • 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  • 1 tablespooncinnamon powder
  • 350-400 mlsMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the liquids and fold in the seived flour plus cinnamon powder and baking powder and knead to a soft dough

  3. 3

    Let your dough rest for 10-15 mins

  4. 4

    Pin out and cut into small pieces

  5. 5

    Deep fry in a moderate hot oil
