Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 11/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tablespoonyeast
  5. For the chocolate topping
  6. Melt chocolate chips with milk and drizzle on top then sprinkle
  7. Some icing sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl cover with a cling film &towel and allow to rise for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Deep fry till brown

  3. 3

    For the chocolate :add chocolate chips in a bowl,pour in milk and put d bowl inside boiled water,stir till it dissoves then drizzle on your puff puff m,you can also sprinkle some icing sugar.
