Wash your stock thoroughly Wash and peel off the back of your your beans and blend

Blend your pepper, onions,garlic and ginger,crayfish and redbell pepper and pour it into your blended beans add your seasoning palm oil and salt to taste then add your warm water and stir until it's well mixed. Then pour in to a container or transparent nylon, put on the fire and took cool until it's ready.

Wash your stock thoroughly and add your chopped onion and seasoning cook with very little water until it's soft.

Wash your vegetable(ugu leave) with salt and chop into small pieces, then wash add cut your tomatoes. Heat up your pot, pour vegetable oil into the pot add onion pepper and tomatoes and fry then add your stock sotey and allow to boil for a minute and add your vegetable,stir and bring down from fire and it's ready serve with your moimoi.
