Steps

Preheat the oven at 180 C,grease the baking tin

Mix the dry ingredients and sieve, put them aside.

In a different bowl Separate the egg whites from the york.

Beat in the egg Yorks, sugar,oil butter milk and vanilla essence till well mixed.

Then beat in the egg whites until fluffy and set the egg whites aside till the last minute of mixing.

Make a well in the dry ingredients bowl and pour the egg mixture...mix well using a spatula then add a cup of hot water.

Fold in the egg whites mixing until the butter is well runny.Put in the greased tins and bake at 180 C for 45 minutes.
