Steps

In a pan, boil minji until they are tender. Prepare all the ingredients by chopping onions, tomatoes, garlic. Mix garlic and ginger powder.

In another pan, add oil, salt, onions, pepper, garlic- ginger mixture and grated carrots and cook to golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and food colour. Cook for two minutes till they are tender.

Add rice to the mixture and stir to mix them. Add 3 cups of water. When it is about to get ready add boiled minji and dhania and mix to blend well. Remove it from the heat before the water is completely dry.

Serve with juice and enjoy the tasty meal.
