In a bowl add rice flour and gram flour mix well...Add warm ghee...And mix nicely..

Now add all remaining spices and mix well.

Add water(little at a time) and knead a dough...Keep aside to rest for 10 mins.

Now divide the dough into 3 or 4 equal portions.

Take a roll....And roll it like long rope on board

Cut it into pieces.

Fry in hot oil until light golden in colour...On low to medium flame.

Yummy and crispy gatta mathri is ready....After cooling keep in airtight container.
