Wash your meat, stock fish and put in a clean pot add water, knorr cube, salt and cook till tender

Then add pepper, crayfish oil (red) and allow to cook for 15 mins

Add okra and cook for 5mins, check to add salt or knorr cube, finally u add your pumpkin veg. And allow to cool for 1min, because u still want your veg. to look fresh.
