Ingredients

  1. Mixed lettuce
  2. Cucumbers(sliced)
  3. Salad
  4. 2lg zucchini
  5. 1sm.bag mixed potatoes
  6. 1 bunchBrussels sprouts
  7. Lemon pepper
  8. Garlic powder
  9. 2 Tbs.Kosher salt
  10. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop a veggies into bite size pieces then, add as little or, as much of lemon pepper, and garlic powder as you want.

  2. 2

    Add salt then olive oil mix well and, let sit preheat oven to 350 degrees, on a baking sheet add veggies and, spread evenly, cook till potatoes are fork tender.

  3. 3

    Take out and, enjoy
