In a clean bowl add in your flour,salt,nutmeg,black pepper,curry,mix everything together then add in water to form a thick batter so that when yuh add the fish it will stick on it

Add in your fish and coat it very well, allow it to marinate for at least 10mins

Then fry in oil untill golden brown on each side garnish with chopped green onions...enjoy with rice or a refreshing drink yum yum yum try it out....
