  • 3ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1big bell pepper
  • 1pepper optional
  • 1onion
  • 1ginger
  • 1garlic clove

    Blend all the ingredients together

    Boil the puree for water to evaporate and thicken it into a paste

    It's now ready to use in the jollof rice
