  • 1ripe banana, sliced or broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cupregular milk
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 Tbspmaple syrup
  • 1small drop of pure vanilla extract

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and has milk like consistency. Serve immediately.
