Ingredients

  1. 5 Boiled Potato
  2. 4 Tomato
  3. 2 small onion
  4. 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  5. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  6. 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  7. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Cumin seed
  9. 1 tbsp Mustard Seed
  10. 2 tbsp Fennel Powder
  11. 2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  12. 2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Oil

  1. 1

    Mash the potato, and add salt, cumin powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and green coriander, and gram flour.

    Make kofta.

    Now fry it.

    Grind the onion, and make paste. Heat the oil, and add cumin seed, mustard seed., Add onion paste. Cook it, till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Make tomato puree, and ginger- garlic paste. Add tomato puree, and cook it for 2-3 min.

    Add all spices and cook 3-4 min.

    Add 1cup water, and kofta, and cook for 4 min. Aloo Kofta Curry is ready.
