In a pan add oil now add 15 garlic fry till it turns to golden brown

In same pan add 1 tpsn of mustard,cumin seeds and 1/2 tpsn of fenugreek

Add chopped onion

Add curry leaves and dry chilli

Cook onion till it turns to golden brown add chopped garlic and cook well

Add onion paste

Add tomato paste

Add 1/2 tspn of turmeric powder

Mix well and add 1 tpsn of chilli powder

Salt for taste

Mix everything well and add tamarind water

After it boils well add fried garlic

Add when oils comes up from gravy add coriander
