Take mixing bowl add oats and gram flour add dry ingredients and mix it add butter and mix with light hands you will get like bread crumbs now add milk little at a time

No need to knead the dough just assemble it together keep it up for rest in fridge for 30 mins

On kitchen surface with help of rolling pin roll out the dough 1/2 cm thickness cut it into pieces of your desire shape arrange on lined baking sheet and bake for 18/20 mins in preheated oven at 180 degree or till you get sides gold in colour take tray out of the oven keep for cooling after completing keep it up in air tight container
