Ingredients

4pple
  • 1chicken
  • Halftsp Ginger
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Pilau masala or mixed spices
  • 2Royco cubes
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into pieces and mix with all the ingredients except oil.

  2. 2

    Put the oil in a pan and cook on one side on low heatuntil it's golden brown. Notice the red juices coming on the top side of the chicken.

    Turn and cook the other side on low heat until it's well cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve with chips.
