Sieve flour add in a bowl,add salt,baking powder,and 2table spoon oil,pour yeast in a cup And soak with warm water until completely soft,pour the mixture into the flour and mix well add warm water and mix well not to watery and not very thick.Cover with slicing bag leather,and put in a warm place for 1hr.

Wash and grind pepper,onion,red bell pepper and tomatoes chop and wash spinarch with salt,wash fish with lemon or vinegaer drain and mix with maggi and ginger and fry.

Pour palm oil in a pot with onion and fry the pepper,onion,tomatoes add maggi,if the stew is done add the spinarch and fish cook for 5minute in a low heat.

And for the flour mixture if it has rise,add butter into different desired shapes bowls or things pour the flow and bake for ten minute.under 30 degree up/down heat.

Serve with the vegetable stew.
