Clean and soaked the lobia for 1 hour

Heat oil in a cooker add hing and jeera when splutters add onion paste and saute it.

Now add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.

Add soaked lobia and water cover the lid.take 3-4 whistles.

Remove the lid and add garam masala.serve with rice and roti
