Steps

In a kadai heat oil.

Add garlic and saute well

Add spring onions and continue to saute

Add vegetables and saute for a minute

Add salt, schezwan sauce,soya sauce,and vinegar

Add. Cooked noodles

Mix gently noodles and making sure the sauce has covered uniformly. Keep aside

Pour dosa batter on it and. Spread it in. a circular motion thin circle

Add a butter and schezwan sauce

Add spread 2-tbsp. Prepared noodles. One side

Cook till the bottom of dosa turns golden brown

Then roll the dosa along with noodles

Finally cut half schezwan dosa serve with coconut chutney.and sechzwan sauce
