poha is a healthy ingredient which contain lot of vitamins ,
Steps

Take a stainer,add 1 cup of poha in it.keep a big bowl with water under it so that the poha can be soaked. Soak for 2 minutes.

Cut the corners of the bread.

Squeeze the poha so that all the water comes out,Put it in a big bowl.

Take another bowl with water in it.Dip a piece of bread in it for a second.

Squeeze it.

Add it to the poha & mix well.

Now add cornflour,curd,salt,red chilli powder,back grounded pepper,chat masala,coriander leaves & mix well.

Add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste.Mix well.

Grease the tray with oil.

Spread the mixture in it.

Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes,take it out,Cut & keep aside.

Cut them as many as pieces u want.

Take a kadhai,pour oil in it & shallow fry them on low flame.

Cook till they become golden in colour.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with tea
