  • 2 cupscoconut milk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspcardamom seeds/powder
  • 1egg white
  • 2 tbspyeast

    Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend

    After 30mins it would have doubled.pour the mixture in to a pan and bake for 30-40mins at 180°
