1 pinchsalt nd sugar
Flour
Egg
Seasoning nd spices

Steps

Cut nd wash d yam in any shape of ur wish

Boil it with salt nd sugar
3

Strain it and allow it to completely cool
4

Mix d flour with water, egg, seasoning, spices and cubes
5

Deep d boiled yam into the flour and egg mixture nd fry it in a hot oil
6

Serve it hot with tea
