Stuffed Aloo Kulcha

Delicious Aloo Kulcha cook without oven or tandoor at home.
Steps

For Dough
1. Mix maida,salt,sugar,carom seed and curd and knead soft dough using water.
2. Let dough rest for 30 minutes. - 2
For Stuffing
1. Mash boiled potatoes.
2. Add black salt, plain salt, roasted crushed cumin, coriander leaves, green chilli and italian seasoning (optional).
3. Mix well. - 3
For Kulchhe Recipe
1. Take small portion of dough and make round ball.
2. Roll dough ball and fill stuffing.
3. After filling stuffing cover it and make ball again.
4. Now roll it like chapati.Apply some water on top of kulchha.
5. Now put kulchha in hot pan and make sure wet side of kulchha stick with pan.
6. Sprinkle some nigella seed (Kalonji) and chopped coriander leaves.
7.Cook for 2 minutes then flip the pan and cook kulchha over flame evenly.
8. Once done apply butter in kulchha.
