Palak rice flour fritters

First mix rice flour chilli powder, masala Dhania powder, jeera, til, salt, curry leaves

Add soaked Chana dal, turmeric, Palak paste and sufficient water to make a tough dough

Take small dumpling, press on a plastic paper into thin disc with a hole at the centre

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
- 5
Our Palak rice fritters are ready. Can be stored in air tight container for twenty days
