Keep checking if meat is ready and soft,if you like thebrooth,this is the best time to get it,add garlic,gingerand salt.

Let it continue cooking,add onions,tomatoes and cover to cook

By now, there is no brooth in the sufuria,add the oil and cover,add chibundiro,and dhania.serve while hot.
