  • I piece ginger
  • 3 piecesgarlic
  • Dhania
  • 1 Tbsoil
  • Onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Itsp chibundiro

Steps

  1. 1

    With your already prepared chicken,put in a pressure cooker for 5 mins,be careful not to open the lid before all air is out.let it continue boiling,without the lid on.

  2. 2

    Keep checking if meat is ready and soft,if you like thebrooth,this is the best time to get it,add garlic,gingerand salt.

  3. 3

    Let it continue cooking,add onions,tomatoes and cover to cook

  4. 4

    By now, there is no brooth in the sufuria,add the oil and cover,add chibundiro,and dhania.serve while hot.
