Ingredients

600 gchicken breast
Dark soy sauce
1brown onion
5 clovesgarlic
2-4 tbspPeanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt

Steps

Start by dicing the onions and the chicken then chop the garlic into fine pieces

Add a little oil into the pan and wait a little while for it to heat up

Add the onions into the pan and cook until they’re soft. Add some salt as well to help absorb the moisture

Add the chicken and garlic and keep on the heat until the chicken is cooked

Add some soy sauce and stir everything together

Mix in the peanut butter until all of the chicken is covered.

Top with sesame seeds then it’s ready to serve! Enjoy it with veggies or rice or whatever you like!
