Ingredients

1 serving
  • Pasta
  • 50 gmpasta (any that you like)
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1 literwater
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoontruffle oil
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 15 gmparmesan cheese (small flakes)
  • 2 clovesgarlic (chopped & light fried)
  • Topping or deco
  • 5 gmfresh black truffle slices
  • 10 gmparmesan flakes
  • 1raw egg yolk
  • Spring onion chopped

  1. 1

    Pasta:- boil up the water in a pot, add in the pasta. Cook for 6min.

  2. 2

    While cooking the pasta, mixed all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add in the pasta with 2 tablespoon of the pasta water into the dressing. Mixed well.

  4. 4

    Pour the ready mixed pasta into a nice plate. Topping with parmesan flakes, raw egg yolk then the truffle. Sprinkle little bit of the chopped spring onions then is ready to serve.
