Ingredients

  • 1big Avocado (peel, remove seed and cut pieces)
  • 1/2 cupCondensed Milk
  • 1 cupFresh or Nestle Cream
  • 1 tspRose Essence
  • 2-3 cupsFruits chopped (Banana, Papaya, Orange, Mango and Grapes)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend first four ingredients to smooth custard, pour in a serving bowl add chopped fruits and grapes can keep as it is.
    When serving can top up with whip cream rosette.

    Whip Cream Rosette:
    1 cup whip cream, beat with 1 tbsp icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla essence, for topping the dessert
