Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat sev
  2. 1 tbspwheat flour
  3. 100 gmsjaggery
  4. 1totapuri mango
  5. 5-6elaichi dana
  6. 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  7. 1 tbspfennel seeds(sauf)
  8. 2 tbsp dry coconut chips or grate
  9. 2-3 tbsp kismis
  10. 7-8Almond
  11. 3 tbspghee
  12. 1/4 cupmilk
  13. For Mango puri
  14. 2Alphonso
  15. 1 cupbesan/ gram flour
  16. 1 tbsprice flour
  17. 1/2 tsp pepper crushed
  18. 1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida
  19. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  20. 1/2 tsp roasted jeera / cumin powder
  21. to tastesalt
  22. 1 tsp jeera/ cumin
  23. 1 tspsonth powder
  24. 1/2 tsp black salt
  25. 1 tspred chilli powder
  26. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  27. as neededoil for fry
  28. pinchsoda

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big vessel and put ghee saute sev and wheat flour. On another flame boil water almost 2 glass and add jaggery when melt add milk stir and strain.

    Add sauf kismis and cardamom crushed and chopped almond dry coconut chips or grate poppy seeds in sev mixture saute properly and add jaggery water. now add grated keiry and stir cook on mid. flame. consistency is mid. thick. Garnish with Almond serve with puri, roti. Hot or cold

    Mango puri :-Peel alfonso and make oval shape slices. sprinkle black salt and sonth powder. marinate 5 mins.

    Now take abesan add 1 t. spoon. rice flour. Add sonth powder red chilli powder chaat masala jeera powder jeera salt and amchur powder mix well. add soda pinch. Dip mango slice and fry till golden colour. sprinkle chaat masala. and serve hot.
