#Mango puri with Gud keiry Garvanu Platter

This is an Authentic platter.
Steps

Take a big vessel and put ghee saute sev and wheat flour. On another flame boil water almost 2 glass and add jaggery when melt add milk stir and strain.

Add sauf kismis and cardamom crushed and chopped almond dry coconut chips or grate poppy seeds in sev mixture saute properly and add jaggery water. now add grated keiry and stir cook on mid. flame. consistency is mid. thick. Garnish with Almond serve with puri, roti. Hot or cold

Mango puri :-Peel alfonso and make oval shape slices. sprinkle black salt and sonth powder. marinate 5 mins.

Now take abesan add 1 t. spoon. rice flour. Add sonth powder red chilli powder chaat masala jeera powder jeera salt and amchur powder mix well. add soda pinch. Dip mango slice and fry till golden colour. sprinkle chaat masala. and serve hot.
