Steps

Sieve maize flour in a pan and add salt, carum seeds and baking powder and mix well. Now make a soft dough with required leuke water water. Mash it for alteast 1 min. and make it more smoother.

Now grease a cup/mould and add 1/4 th part of maize flour dough in it and give the shape of a katori by pressing with fingers.

Bake it on 120° for 2 mins and then brush oil on it.

Again bake these katories for 5 mins.

After 5 mins take these katories out of microwave and pour hot sarson ka saag in these katories.

Garnish with butter and serve hot.
