Mash paneer crumbles in mixer jar to smooth paste. Wash & chopped methi,palak leaves.Peel and mash ripe banana.

In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for preparing Gota batter.

Mix well and beat the batter for 2-3 mins to make it smooth mixture. Keep aside covered for 1/2 hour.

Take a teaspoon of prepared mixture,roll into small ball. Prepared all balls similarly from remaining mixture.

Heat oil in kadhai. Drop one by one above prepared balls in hot oil.

Fry them on medium flame till golden brown. Remove fried Gota in plate.

Serve / relish Hot Banana-Methi-Palak-Paneer Gota with green coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
