1/4 cupbesan (Chana flour)
16 ozdaisy sour cream
2Table spoon seasame seed
2Table spoon ajvan
2Table spoon ginger and pepper crushed
1Table spoon red pepper
1/4tea spoon tumric

Mix all ingredient and make 4 balls and put one in a chakli maker.

Make shape on cutting board. Than pick with spatula and it it in a oil and fry
