Ingredients

  1. 10okro seeds
  2. 2 handfulpumpkin leaves
  3. 1smoked Titus fish
  4. 1 handfulpomo (roasted cow skin)
  5. 1cooking spoon vegetable oil
  6. 1small onion bulb
  7. 1 table spoonground crayfish
  8. 1/2 teaspoonground dry pepper
  9. 1seasoning cube
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Was pomo with aluminium sponge to remove all the dirt and boil without salt and seasoning for 10minutes until tender.

    Take out the bone and skin from smoked fish and rinse in Luke warm water

  3. 3

    Wash okro and grate. Also wash pumpkin leaves and slice thinly

  4. 4

    Add okra into the already cooked pomp and boil for another 3-5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add vegetable oil and fish with grounded crayfish, pepper, salt and seasoning and cook for 3-5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add vegetable and simmer for two minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with choice swallow. Eba, fufu, poundo yam, semovita or semolina. Or you can eat it just the way it is.
