Heat oil in a cooker add mutton, salt and turmeric cook for 10 min

Grind all ingredients for gravy to a smooth paste add it to mutton. Add required quantity of water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.

Grind all ingredients for keema balls andsalt coarsely. divide masala and keema equally.

Grind for mixing keema and masala

Make balls.
- 6
Put keema balls into gravy. if balls become watery add fried gram powder.
- 7
Cook with lid close. if mutton is not used gravy will not be tasty. serve with rice.
