Steamed Turtle Cake

This tastes good but the thing with steam cake is ... I never really succeed on making them. Either they don't want to rise, aren't fluffy enough or they have wavy texture on top (where they should be smooth) but anyway, next time we'll try again. Use any kind of moulds that you have.

Beat the eggs, sugar, emusifier and vanilla powder together using high speed until white and fluffy and soft peak.

Then add the milk gradually and beat with low speed.

Then add in the flour gradually. Add the food colouring of your choice. Mix.

Put the batter into your moulds that's been covered lightly with some oil.

Steam in a steamer that's been heated before for 15-20 minutes.

Put in a cooling rack. Serve.
