Ingredients

  • 3 cupsdosa rice
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 3 cupspuffed rice
  • 1 tablespoonmethi seeds (optional)
  • As requiredbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and urad daal for 6hours. grind to a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Soak puffed rice for 10min and grind. mix it with rest of the batter

  3. 3

    Keep batter for fermentation overnight.

    Batter will increase half in volume.

  5. 5

    Spread on the tawa put lots of butter and enjoy with chutney
