First put on ghee in a heavy bottom utencil,then add in wheat flour,and rost until flour became brown.

Now add milk slowly and mixed well.

When mixture became dry, add sugar cooked for 3 to 5 minute on medium flame

Serve hot garnished with crushed dry fruits
