Reddish/Mooli Paratha

Knead a soft dough of wheat flour. Keep aside. Grate reddish. Squeeze out the water from it. Mix salt, black salt, Kasoori methi, amchoor and red chilly powder in it.

Take some quantity of dough and make a ball. Roll it with a rolling pin. Apply ghee on it. Keep 4 tbsp stuffing in it and seal it again. Roll it again in round shape.

Now take a griddle. Heat. Apply ghee on it. Cook paratha from both sides by applying ghee.

Cook till it is crisp from both sides. Enjoy with butter or curd.
