100 gcauliflower
1 bowlbesen
1 tspred chill powder, black pepper powder,Aam church powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Wash the cauliflower and cut in small size

Take a big bowl and make a batter of Basen with water and mix it
3

Add all spices
4

Heat oil in Kadhi and dip the piece of cauliflower in batter of basen
5

Then one by one heat dipped pieces in Kadhi and fry it well until get golden brown in colour
6

Now serve it with ketchup
