Ingredients

4 servings
  1. ½ k.gcauliflower (gobhi)
  2. 3 mediumboiled potato (aloo) cut in small cubes
  3. 2 mediumfinely chopped tomatoes (tamatar)
  4. 2 (you can skip it also)green chillies (hari mirch)
  5. 3 inch – cut in julienneginger (adrak)
  6. 1/4 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli (lal mirch) powder
  9. 1 tsp or as per tastesalt (namak)
  10. 1 tsp-coriander (dhaniya) powder
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
  12. 2 tbsp refined oil
  13. fresh coriander (dhaniya patti) leaves – for garnishing
  14. water – as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Oil in a Pan in medium flame

  2. 2

    Add Cumin Seeds & stir it, Add Ginger & Stir it nicely

  3. 3

    Now Add Cauliflower & stir it well,Add Tomato & mix it nicely

  4. 4

    Now sim the flame,Cover it with lid & let it cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    After 2 minutes open the lid & stir it

  6. 6

    Now add little water so that Masala get nicely into Sabzi,Mix it well

  7. 7

    Now add Salt & Garam Masala,Mix it Well

  8. 8

    Now add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder & mix it well

  9. 9

    Cover it with lid & let it cook for 3-4 minutes,Check & Stir in between

  10. 10

    Garnish it with Coriander Leaves & Mix Well,Switch off the flame

  11. 11

    ALOO GOBHI KI SABZI is READY,Take it out in Serving Plate
