Ingredients

  • Assorted
  • Ofada rice
  • Locust beans
  • Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • cubesSalt/seasoning
  • Dryfish
  • Onions
  • Unripe fresh pepper, unripe tatashe
  • Plantain
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

    Wash rice very well with hot water and salt then parboil, wash again wen it boils out, salt it and boil to dry.

    Boil the blended paste to dry water then, usually it's assorted cut into bits with kpomo, dryfish that is used,, steam what ever it is you want to put and then put palm oil in ur pot Allow the palm oil to be very hot, add diced onions, stir fry and add the blended paste (unripe pepper,tatashe,onions,) fry well till it will not have that sharp sour taste again and the green sharp colour is darker, add crayfish and fry a little more, then add ur stock and iru, salt and cubes then allow to boil

    Let it boil till properly cooked and the oil comes and rests on top the paste.

    Put vegetable oil in a pan, wash and peel plantain and fry till golden brown, serve and enjoy. 😁
