Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1 buncharugula
  • 1/2green bell pepper
  • 1/2red bell pepper
  • 1/2yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 headred cabbage
  • 2green onions
  • 1/4 cupcouscous (about 40 grams)
  • For the dressing:
  • Salt
  • Dried mint
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Pomegranate molasses

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the couscous in hot water for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Finely chop all the vegetables.
