1/2green bell pepper
1/2red bell pepper
1/2yellow bell pepper
1/2 headred cabbage
2green onions
1/4 cupcouscous (about 40 grams)
For the dressing:
Salt
Dried mint
Crushed red pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Pomegranate molasses

Soak the couscous in hot water for 10 minutes.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve. Enjoy!
