1large apple, sliced
3/4 cupsflour
1egg
2 tbspmelted butter
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cuprefine sugar
1 tspcinnamon (optional)
2 cupsfrying oil

Slice apples about 5cm thick. And cut a hole in the middle.

In a mixing bowl, combined sifted flour, melted butter, egg and water.

Dip apple slices in batter.

Heat oil and deep fry apples.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
