2salmon fillets
3 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbspmelted butter
1 tspcalamansi juice (lemon juice)
1 tbspcooking oil
Salt and pepper

Marinate salmon with salt and pepper for 40 mins

Heat a large skillet in medium-high heat. Put oil and butter. Cook salmon for 1 min on each side.

Add garlic and calamansi juice. Then sear for another 30 sec.

Serve while hot! Best with rice or baked potatoes.
