Ingredients

  • 1 packchicken breast cut in half
  • Sweet baby Ray garlic Parmesan marinade with 2 tsp salt
  • Olive oil from garlic confet and several cloves of the roasted garlic smashed in pan
  • 1/2onion diced
  • 1 tspbeef powder flavoring
  • 1 packwhite mushrooms diced
  • 4 sprigsrosemary chopped
  • 1 (8 oz)cream cheese (or low fat)
  • Splashred wine (Pinot noir) or Cabernet
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • Adobo to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate sliced in half chicken breast in the salt and garlic Parmesan marinade for at least 4 hours

  2. 2

    Carmelize onions and rosemary in pan with the garlic and olive oil from confet. Reduce browning in pan with wine and water over time. Add mushrooms, beef powder, til the mushrooms release their water and are tender

  3. 3

    Cut cream cheese up and place in pan. Add water and let it all melt. Continue to stir.

  4. 4

    Lightly grill chicken and serve over chicken. Serve with noodles optional (but thin the sauce and make more if served over noodles)
