Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprouted moong
  2. 1/4 cupchopped cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupchopped spring onion
  4. 1 chopped raddish
  5. 1 chopped beet root
  6. 2 tspchopped green garlic
  7. 2capsicum
  8. 1/4 cupchopped tomato
  9. 1fried papad
  10. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tspcoarsly crushed pepper powder
  12. salt as per aste
  13. 1 tspspoon chaat masala
  14. 2 tsp corriender chutney
  15. 2 tbsp curd
  16. 2 tbsp promogranate
  17. 1/2 cupgreen grapes
  18. 1chopped green chilli
  19. 2 tsp sev for garnishing
  20. 1 tspspoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil sprouts moong. and strain remove water. Take in a big bowl and add all vegetables chopped, lemon juice, corriender chutney chaat masala, salt and fried papad crushed mix well. Add grapes and promogranate.

    Serve Garnish with curd green chutney promogranate grapes and sev. Delicious yet tasty chaat is ready.
