Can you give this meal a name ? So, i woke up this Saturday feeling lazy but had biriganyas ( egg plants) no onions or garlic or ginger and didn't feel like going to the grocery. I had to be creative and have fun with what i had indoors then Voila !

Can you give this meal a name ? So, i woke up this Saturday feeling lazy but had biriganyas ( egg plants) no onions or garlic or ginger and didn't feel like going to the grocery. I had to be creative and have fun with what i had indoors then Voila !

Slice each sausage twice to have 3pieces fro each and place in a pan with 2Tbs oil.

Slice the veges

Add the eggplants when the sausages are golden brown and add a ¼ cup of water the stir fry for about 2 minutes

Add the broccoli salt and tomato. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes

Open and sprinkle some royco powder and cover again for a minute and switch off heat.
