Chopped all vegetable, Coconut & Paneer

Boil Noodles then wash it with cold water.

Heat oil in a karahi. Put oil then add ginger- garlic paste. After 1 /2 minute add all chopped vegetable and fry.

After 3-4 minute add boiled noodles, salt, Paneer, all masala & sauce and cook for approx 5 minutes.

Veg Chowmin is ready.

Take maida in a bowl. Add 2 tbs refined oil and salt. Knead with water. Make dough and roll it as long size roti. With the help of knife, cut half portion of roti.

Now fold roti as samosa and fill Chowmin.

Heat refined oil in a pan and Dip fry samosa on low medium flame.

Chinese samosa is ready. Serve with green coriander chutney and imli chutney.
